Responsibilities included development management, planning strategy, viability, asset management, JV reporting and masterplanning. 

NEO Bankside, London

£420m GDV residential-led development.

Responsibilities included development management, customer care, lettings and sales support. 

Portugal Street East, Manchester

£117m GDV Build-to-Rent scheme.

Responsibilities included planning negotiations, viability assessments, funding support and land consolidation. 

Canary Wharf

£285m GDV Co-Living development.

Responsibilities included acquisition support, funding negotiations, appraisal management and planning strategy. 

Woking Regeneration

£225m GDV mixed-use development.

Responsibilities included masterplanning, planning strategy, acquisitions and rights of light management. 

Stockport

£135m GDV BTR development.

Development Advisory role for the client. Built new appraisal model, managed the design team to update the scheme to meet BSR and BS:9991 through a S73 and agreed the S106.
